WTF? For those unfamiliar with Scooter, think ‘2 Unlimited on a budget’.

Huh? But words have meaning! That’s what they do!
…a Spanish text referring to chinaware suggest advertising imagery and product design.

sry, but I’ve been to the Tate just yesterday and looked at Loa for quite a while but I didn’t spot any Scooter reference in this particular picture (in other pictures by Oehler they are pretty obvious). Could you tell me where it is?
