Another little tool to consider is page2rss.com - it generates an rss feed for a url you specify. Just add that rss feed to your reader of choice and everytime the target page changes you get a new rss feed. It's got it's flaws, like banner changes being reported and you have to spot what's changed, but for static web pages it works a treat.
